Foods to Avoid

Poor health is not caused by bad genes, bad germs or bad luck.
We don't mean to, but we often treat their body like it is a garbage can with a hairy lid.
What we eat is either something nutritious that our body can use to build healthy cells or it is something that our body cannot use and it must filter it out.
Nutrition builds our body the other puts a demand on the body and uses up our reserves.
Remember - It is not pathology. It is not bad germs. It is not bad genes. It is not bad luck. It is bad choices. It is simply lifestyle gone awry. It is our bodies attempt to compensate for what we do to it and what we feed it.

BEVERAGES CONTAINING CAFFEINE
Caffeine is a nuero-stimulant. It increases nerve activity. If you have any pain in your body it will be intensified by consuming caffeinated beverages. Caffeine also dehydrates the body.
Coffee, the most consumed caffeinated beverage, pulls calcium out of the body and has adverse effects on the good bacteria that is supposed to be in the digestive system. One cup of coffee can kill up to 65% of the good bacteria in the digestive system. It takes the body up to 4 hours to regenerate the healthy bacteria.
Decafe - not any better to drink.
MARGARINE
NUTRASWEET or any other artificial sweetener.
