Nutritional Information

Nutritional Evaluation Service

Nutrition deficiency and chronic degenerative changes have become common in this modern world. Due to increased stress, a diet that no longer resembles what our genetic coding was designed to utilize, and toxic exposure that exceeds normal abilities, nutritional therapy has developed as a way to support the human body in today’s landscape.

Many people find themselves confused about what is good nutrition and how it can work for them. There are so many contradictory statements and claims put forth – good fats; bad fats; no fats; colloidal minerals; and, what about cholesterol? Most people get their health care information from family members, friends and advertisements. It’s no wonder that people are so confused about good nutrition. Although family and friends have good intentions they are only sharing what they have learned primarily from advertising. The problem with getting information from advertisements is that advertisements are not designed to educate, they are designed to sell a product. So, we have good people passing along bad information. Good health involves eating well, moving well and thinking well. Therefore, I have dedicated myself to health education that is based on scientific research. And I am delighted to share it with you.

I am pleased to offer comprehensive nutritional evaluation and corrective recommendations, including supplements and gradual diet modification, to assist in adapting to this world. I find immediate increase in vitality and joy as the primary motive for understanding this therapy. It is also noted that almost all of our physical conditions respond and may even resolve with specific nutritional support.

Therefore, I use nutrition to help balance the body chemistry and support the body systems. Poor health is not caused by bad genes, bad germs or bad luck. It is simply lifestyle gone awry. So, I examine your lifestyle, toxicity level and the foundations of health. With this information we can look at digestion, muscular-skeletal conditions, sugar handling, endocrine system and hormonal dysfunction, cardiovascular system, and the immune system. We then support these systems by feeding the body the nutrition it needs, thereby bringing the body into an improved state of health.

When efforts are directed toward the cause of the dysfunction, the body is able to regain and maintain health. There are two requirements: a commitment to lifestyle changes and enough time for the body to respond to the changes. There are no unrealistic goals, just unrealistic time frames. Remember; health is a journey not a destination.

So, if you are as committed to your health as I am to helping you, we can partner up and work together toward our mutual goal: your improved health and well being. We encourage people to include nutrition evaluation as part of their whole person care by setting an appointment for a nutritional evaluation. It is good to feel well.

I look forward to assisting you with improving your health and well being.

Sincerely,

Glenn Rexroad
